- Day 2
200 grams of cooked chicken, 6 cups of plain yogurt
- Day 3
200 grams of beef, 6 cups of plain yogurt
- Day 4
200 grams of fish, 6 cups of plain yogurt
- Day 5
Unlimited fruits and vegetables, except bananas and grapes
because of excessive amounts of sugar, 6 cups of yogurt. Do not mix the yogurt
and fruit.
- Day 6
1 liter of yogurt
- Day 7
1 liter of yogurt
It is recommended that the meat and potatoes are eaten as lunch,
while other meals are replaced by the yogurt. In addition to eating a lot of
dairy, reducing calorie intake, will help you increase the intake of calcium.
