  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons butter almond or coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • A small nutmeg

    Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend the for a few minutes. Pour the mixture into glasses and enjoy the juice while it is fresh.
