Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 liter of boiling water
Preparation:
Put 3 tablespoons of flaxseed in 1L of water and boil the
mixture for 15 minutes. Leave the mixture overnight.
But firstly, the liquid needs to be cooled. After that, put
it in a bottle with a lid. If you have thermos you can use it as well.
In the morning the mixture should be thick.
Drink the mixture 3-4 times a day.
The best results are achieved if you drink it (150 ml) half
an hour before meals.
